Contributing to those in Need 

As an independent organization, our members determine how the funds are distributed by voting on requests we receive from various individuals, organizations and charities.  

Over the years we have given to our local community:

• Canyon Hills High School Scholarships Program
• Our Local Elementary and Middle School Programs
• Community Sports Organizations 
• Tierrasanta Library
• Various Youth Sport Groups

TJWC has assisted San Diego homeless programs:

• Rachel's Women's Center: TJWC prepares dinner year to the women staying in the shelter
• Promises2Kids: TJWC collects 'girl' necessities and delivers them to the teens.
• Operation Handbag: TJWC collects used/new bags and fills them up with necessities to deliver to varies organizations. 
• The Alpha Project

• ​Reading for Literacy
