FAQ's for craft fair vendors
What is Tierrafest?
Tierrafest is Tierrasanta's annual celebration commemorating the date of our founding in 1971.
Where do the proceeds from the event go?
The Tierrasanta Junior Women's Club uses the proceeds to benefit San Diego charities and children in the Tierrasanta community.
How big are the vendor booths?
We have two sizes available: 10' x 10' for $60 or 20' front x 10' deep for $110
How is the event advertised?
We feature the event in our local paper that reaches 10,000 residents. We also promote the event on our website and social media.
Is there a deadline to register for a vendor booth?
Yes, we will up quickly so get your application in no later than April 20th.
What is provided besides the space?
Vendors are responsible for setting up, providing tables, canopies and any other materials needed to display their products. There are some spaces under an overhang but those spaces will not accomodate a canopy. Let us know if you prefer the overhang space when registering.
How early can we set up?
Set up begins at 7am. We ask all vendors to check in no later than 8am. Vendors not checked in by 8am bay lose their space and forfeit their booth fee.
When does tear down begin?
Tear down begins at 3pm. Please, no early tear downs!
